These terms cover your use of athenasbox.ai and any services you buy from athena'sBOX. athena'sBOX is operated by Athena Villard, doing business as athena'sBOX ("athena'sBOX," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to these terms. Custom builds also come with a signed agreement, and if that agreement differs from these terms, the signed agreement wins.
1. What we offer
We design and build AI systems for businesses, including AI agents and assistants, custom tools, automations, voice experiences and walkthrough videos. Our offers are The Map, The Making and The Momentum, each described on its own page: The Map, The Making and The Momentum.
2. Quotes and scope
The Map has a fixed price. The Making and The Momentum are quoted individually. Each build has a written scope that lists what we'll make, the milestones and the price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it.
3. Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are made through Stripe. The Map is paid in full when booked. The Making is quoted per project and paid in full before work begins, unless your agreement sets a different schedule. The Momentum is billed monthly in advance. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's paid.
4. Your part
You agree to give us the materials, access and feedback we need, when we need it, and to make sure you have the right to share anything you give us. Delays on your side can move the timeline.
5. Delivery and the fix window
When we deliver, you have 14 days to tell us about anything that doesn't work as described in your scope, and we'll fix it at no cost. After 14 days, the work is considered accepted.
6. Ownership
Once you've paid in full, you own the work we made for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, methods, templates and know-how that existed before your project or aren't specific to you, and you get a license to use whatever is part of your delivered work. We may show the work in our portfolio without naming you, unless you ask us not to.
7. Third-party services
Your system may rely on outside services, such as hosting, payment processors, AI model providers or voice providers. Their fees, terms and availability are set by them, and we aren't responsible for outages or changes on their side. Ongoing costs for these services are yours unless your agreement says otherwise.
8. AI output
AI systems can make mistakes. We build carefully and test before delivery, but you're responsible for how you use the output, including reviewing anything important before relying on it. Our systems are not a substitute for professional legal, medical or financial advice.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, materials and client data private, and we use it only to do the work. You keep anything private that we share about our methods.

11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
12. Using this site
Please don't misuse the site, try to break it or copy it for commercial use. Everything on the site belongs to athena'sBOX unless stated otherwise.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect agreements already signed.
