From chaos to running.
Every project follows the same path, so you always know where you are, what's next and what you've paid for.
1. Reach out.
Send us a note at or book The Map directly. Tell us a little about your business and what's getting in your way. We reply within two business days.
2. The Map.
You pay for The Map and fill out a short intake. We meet for 90 minutes, and within 7 days you receive your written map, along with a fixed quote and timeline if a build makes sense.
3. Agree the scope.
If you want to build, we send a written agreement covering exactly what we'll make, the milestones, the dates and the price. Nothing starts until you've signed and paid.
4. The Making.
We build in milestones and share progress as we go, so you can try things early and steer.
5. Delivery.
We hand everything over with a personal walkthrough and a walkthrough video.
6. The fix window.
For 14 days after delivery, tell us about anything that isn't working as described and we'll fix it at no cost. After that, the work is considered accepted.
7. The Momentum.
If you want us to stay on, The Momentum keeps your system maintained, updated and growing, month to month.
How payment works.
- The Map: $777, paid in full when you book.
- The Making: quoted per project and paid in full before work begins, unless your agreement sets a different schedule.
- The Momentum: billed monthly in advance.
All payments are in US dollars through Stripe. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's caught up, and we'll always tell you first.

What kind of businesses do you work with?
Coaches, creators, educators and small teams. If your business runs on what you know and how you do things, we can probably build around it.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You bring the business, and we handle everything technical, then show you how to use what we built with a walkthrough made for you.
How long does a build take?
Most builds take three to six weeks from kickoff to delivery. Your quote includes a timeline with dates for each milestone.
How does payment work?
The Map is paid up front. The Making is quoted per project and paid in full before work begins, unless your agreement sets a different schedule. All payments are in US dollars through secure Stripe invoices or payment links.
What if something doesn't work after delivery?
You get fourteen days after delivery to tell us about anything that isn't working as described, and we fix it at no cost.
Who owns what you build?
You do, once it's paid in full. The details are in our Terms.
